OPIS OBSZARU, ZAKRESU, METOD BADAWCZYCH, TEMATYKI PROWADZONYCH BADAŃ
Neuropsychologia, neuroinformatyka, informatyka medyczna, telemedycyna. Badania nad zastosowaniem psychofizjologicznych metod diagnostycznych (okulografia, sakadometria, psychomotoryka, reakcja skórno-galwaniczna, elektroencefalografia, testy neuropsychologiczne) w przypadku takich chorób jak ADHD, schizofrenia, autyzm, choroba Parkinsona, choroba Alzheimera, uzależnienia od alkoholu i narkotyków. Wprowadzanie innowacyjnych metod diagnostyki opartych o zaawansowaną ilościową i jakościową analizę obiektywnych danych psychofizjologicznych. Badania z dziedziny psychofarmakologii – określenie wpływu substancji psychoaktywnych (morfina, metadon, alkohol i in.) na funkcje poznawcze, motoryczne i emocjonalne. Zastosowanie zarówno własnych autorskich metod diagnostycznych (sakadometria, psycho- i grafo-motoryka), jak i wdrażanie najnowszych testów neuropsychologicznych (NAB – Neuropsychological Assessment Battery, IGT – Iowa Gambling Task, PRT – Pursuit Rotor Task i in.). Modelowanie i symulacja funkcji kognitywnych i motorycznych.
